Delivery in Finland:
Estimated delivery time for orders in Finland is 1-3 workdays.
Available shipping methods are Postipaketti or Kotipaketti.

The recipient will receive a notification of arrival via text message or email. In the absence of your contact information, a paper notification will be sent to you by mail and in this case you can only pick up your order from the Post office.

Posti (Post office) contacts the recipient to agree on a time of delivery, usually for the next working day between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. The post office will contact the recipient only twice to arrange a delivery date. It is necessary that you provide us your phone number so that the post office can reach you.
The service includes one delivery attempt. If the delivery attempt fails, a notice of arrival will be left for the recipient, and the item can be collected from the local post office.
Delivery to EU and rest of the world:
Available shipping methods are Priority, EMS, Parcel Connect and Parcel Baltic.
Parcel Connect is available for Netherlands, Belgium, Bulgaria, Spain, Austria, Luxembourg, Portugal, Poland, Sweden, Germany, Slovakia, Slovenia, Denmark, Czech republic and Hungary.
Parcel Connect shipping fees vary by the country.
Poland, Austria, Belgium, Netherlands and Czech republic 19,90€.
Hungary, Slovenia, Slovakia, Portugal, Luxembourg, Spain and Bulgaria 23,50€.

Parcel Baltic 11.40€
Parcel Baltic is available for Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.

Parcel Baltic is delivered to the recipient's address or to a pickup point.
Residents of the rest of the countries can choose Priority or EMS as their shipping method.
Estimated delivery times using Priority shipping are: countries inside the EU 1-3 workdays, nordic countries 3-5 workdays, rest of europe 3-7 workdays, rest of the world 6-14 workdays.
A Priority parcel reaches to people all around the world. You can monitor the progress of the item in the international postal network with the item ID in most of the world’s countries. You either receive the parcel at the nearest delivery point/post office or in many countries it is delivered to the recipient’s address. Post office box addresses cannot be used.
Estimated delivery times using EMS shipping are: countries inside the EU 1-3 workdays, rest of the world 2-8 workdays.
EMS is the fastest shipping method for international deliveries. The EMS express service (Express Mail Service) is a scheduled transport service to all addresses in more than 190 countries. Parcels are always tracked and they are transported abroad separately from other mail using the fastest transportations available. The parcel will be delivered to the recipient's address. Post office box addresses cannot be used.
Delivery times are estimated times by the shipping providers, based on their average delivery times. Regal Veils is not responsible for delivery delays and we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy for the delivery times. Delivery times do not include weekends or holidays.
Please keep in mind that our products are made to order items and the estimated delivery time does not include the actual production time that it takes to make the item that you ordered. We ship out your order as soon as we can, after we have finished making your veil. We use the fastest logistics service available in finland, to make sure you will receive your order as quickly as possible.

If you are an international customer (outside of the European Union), please bear in mind that packages will be subject to customs. The buyer is responsible for all additional duties and taxes.

After you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email. And when we have shipped out your order, you will receive a tracking number to your email to track your order.
We are not responsible for delays or damages due to obstacles that are beyond our influence. Such as strikes/walkouts, trade or export prohibitions. As well as delays, technical problems or defects in services provided by external service provideres. Things beyond our influence are also Force majeure situations for example acts of war or terrorism, unusual natural phenomena such as earthquakes, hurricanes, floods, fires or lightning.
We reserve the right to cancel placed orders. This may happen in case a certain material is out of stock. You will be informed by email and your purchase will be refunded if this should ever happen.
We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.
In case we make a change to an order or cancel it, we will attempt to notify you by contacting you via your contact information that you provided us when you placed your order.
